Q. How to change file/folder permissions? A. You can do it by online File Manager (Hosting Control Panel >> select domain name you access >> File Manager). Find file or folder you need to manage and click on icon. IUSR_... is your site�s anonymous access account. IWPD_... is your running application�s account. Link below is the visualized directions:set access permissions of files and folders If you run PHP in ISAPI mode, which is by default, to allow access to some particular file you have to set "WRIGHT" or "CHANGE" permission for IWPC_... account. Don�t try to change file access permissions by FTP. It works with *nix, but not with Windows.
